By Gracie Shane Students from Eagle Valley Middle School will be hosting a Halloween/Fall themed bake sale on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 9 am to 2 pm. This bake sale will be held at Benson’s Feed and Tack, at 2750 Highway 50 East, in Carson City. They are fundraising for the annual 8th Grade Washington, D.C, and New York City trip. People can donate by purchasing baked goods or donating online via QR codes and links. The trip will occur in June 2025, and Eagle Valley Middle School’s nurse, Amanda Hall, will be serving as the coordinator.
