(BCN/KRON) -- BART service was suspended on the San Francisco line on Saturday morning, following an equipment problem and a major medical emergency at Embarcadero. BART later said that a person was found dead at the station. There is no foul play suspected, but the case is under investigation. BART did not release a cause of death. BART advisories first warned of 10-minute delays at 8:40 a.m. The Embarcadero station was closed about 15 minutes later and service was suspended by 9:10 a.m. Vallejo woman robbed, likely followed home from bank In San Francisco, SF Muni buses provided service between Embarcadero and Daly City. For transbay service from Alameda County, AC Transit provided bus service from 19th Street Oakland, Lake Merritt, and Berkeley station.
