Update: Silver Mountain fire 100percent contained

ROCKERVILLE, SD (KELO) -- Silver Mountain Fire which was burning south of Rapid City, near Rockerville, is now 100-percent contained. Crews will work to restore fire-damaged areas once mop-up efforts are complete. People are urged to stay away from the area since the burned debris and vegetation can create treacherous footing on trails.
