PORTMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- Portsmouth police are investigating an overnight shooting. Just after 2 a.m., police responded to a shooting on the 4700 block of Clifford Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a local hospital to be treated for his wounds. At this time there is no suspect information.
