KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Police Department is searching for a suspect who stabbed and killed a man at a Northland home on Saturday morning. According to KCPD, just before 11 a.m., officers were dispatched to a home near Northeast 105th Place and Hunter Drive in Kansas City, Missouri on reports of a "cutting." Emergency responders were called to the scene and pronounced the man dead. According to preliminary investigations, a fight had started between two men inside the home. One of the men was said to be the victim. KCPD said that the suspect left the scene before police arrived, however, they believe this is a "domestic violence incident."
