Lyon County Sheriff ask for public's help located missing, endangered Dayton woman

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing and endangered woman from Dayton.
Monica Stephenson, who also goes by "Miren" was last seen Thursday, Oct. 3. On Saturday, Lyon County sheriff's deputies responded to the 200 Block of Gordon Lane in Dayton for a report of a missing person.
During the investigation, deputies learned that Monica Stephenson was last seen Thursday, Oct. 3 at her residence in the 200 block of Gordon Lane in Dayton. Monica left the residence at approximately 2:30 p.m. Monica left in her 2003 white Chevrolet Blazer after being involved in a verbal altercation.
Monica suffers from autism, schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder and may be without her medications.
A ping of Monica’s phone indicated she may be in California. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is currently in contact with California agencies in an effort to locate her as well.

She is 5 feet four inches, 316 pounds with short brown hair and hazel eyes. She wears eye glasses. She left in a 2003 white Chevrolet Blazer (Nevada license plate 037X15).
