VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man has been arrested following a burglary at a business in Visalia late Friday night, the Visalia Police Department said. Police say at around 9:30 p.m. they responded to a report of suspicious activity at "Awards and Signs" on Main Street. The business owners reported seeing a man on their security cameras using bolt cutters to cut through their fence and attempt to break in. Officers say they arrived on the scene and arrested the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Wesley Curtis. He was found with burglary tools and has a prior burglary record. Investigators say Curtis was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on suspicion of burglary, vandalism, possession of burglary tools, and a no-bail warrant.
