KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police have identified a man who was shot and killed Friday evening in Kansas City, Missouri. According to the Kansas City Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Drury Avenue and East 20th Street. When officers arrived, EMS was already on the scene and notified police that a man was found dead with gunshot wounds. Police later identified the man as 30-year-old Rommel U. Nolasco-Manuelez. FOX4 Forecast: Hot & windy Saturday Preliminary investigations reveal that an argument took place between the Nolasco-Manuelez and an adult male suspect before it escalated to gunfire. At this time, there is currently no suspect information. This is being investigated as a homicide and is considered ongoing. Detectives and crime scene investigators are gathering evidence and collecting witness statements.
