SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - On Saturday at Springfield College, the Western Massachusetts Diversifying the Education Workforce Summit will be hosting the Educator Workforce Summit. Oktoberfest in Springfield kicks off with German food and fun The goal of the event is to bring together a wide range of programs, initiatives, partnerships, and organizations already working to enhance educator diversity. There will be a chance for educators, policymakers, and community leaders to connect and focus on fostering a more diverse and educational workforce. The event will run from 8:30 a.m. until noon at Springfield College's Richard B. Flynn Campus Union's Dodge Room.
