SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Registered voters in San Diego County will soon be receiving their ballots next week for the November Presidential General Election. The over 1.9 million ballots include an official ballot packet and an "I Voted" sticker, according to the County of San Diego. Voters can complete their ballots at home and return them via mail with no postage needed, or submit them to any of the Registrar's official ballot drop boxes from Oct. 8 through Nov. 5. "Remember to sign and date your return ballot envelope. You must sign your return envelope for your vote to be counted," county officials said. MORE: Your Local Election Headquarters 2024 Those who want to vote in person will be able to do so during early voting on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday at the Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa. Thirty-nine additional vote centers locations will open beginning Saturday, Oct. 26. Then on Saturday, Nov. 2, over 200 vote centers will be open daily from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. until Nov. 4. The hours for vote centers and official drop boxes on Nov. 5, the final day of voting, will be from 7 a.m.- 8 p.m. Ballots returned through mail can be tracked by signing up for “Where’s My Ballot?”.
