North Country man threatens to stab teen, barricades himself in home, troopers say

Wilna, N.Y. — A dispute between a Jefferson County man and a teen escalated into a standoff with police after the man barricaded himself in a home, troopers said.Timothy N. Keller, 46, of Carthage, was charged with threatening to stab a 17-year-old with a knife on Wednesday, according to an emergency risk protection order filed in Jefferson County.
