Meanwhile, well after midnight and approaching cold front will bring a few light showers. A shower or two may linger into early Saturday morning, otherwise, increasing sunshine Saturday, warm and dry during the afternoon hours. Sunday looks pretty good, too. We are, however, expecting much cooler weather next week. There's the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights the next couple of nights....here are some details. The rest of Saturday looks nice SATURDAY FORECAST We'll start with clouds and a shower early Saturday, but the cold front will move through 7-9AM. Our winds shift into the northwest and drier air will take over...sunshine returns through the morning. Highs Saturday afternoon will be a bit warmer, in the low to mid 70s. Winds light northwest and northerly 5-10mph. LOOKING AHEAD Sunday will be dry with plenty of sunshine; although it will be a bit cooler. We'll be tracking another cold front moving through the Great Lakes on Sunday...that will bring rain showers into our area for Monday.
