ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Two separate crashes caused backups in both directions of Interstate 69 in northern Allen County on Friday. Sometime around 3:30 p.m., one crash took place on I-69 southbound at the 320 mile-marker near Hollopeter Road. Traffic appeared to be slowed from N. County Line Road E. down to the edge of Fort Wayne. Another crash happened northbound at the 317 mile-marker near Union Chapel Road. The traffic jam appeared to extend from Dupont Road all the way to Vandolah Road. Traffic appeared to be flowing again by 5 p.m.
