Kraft pleads guilty to theft charges

BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A man who was arrested for over a dozen theft charges around the capital city will not go to trial.
This week, Taylor Kraft agreed to plead guilty to around 20 felony theft counts in court.
Investigators say Kraft had broken into several vehicles in the Wachter neighborhood in Bismarck in January and February of this year.

Victims say Kraft had stolen laptop computers, debit cards as well as a vehicle from one man's garage.
Police had arrested Kraft earlier on a bench warrant after they said he didn't show up for court. A judge sentenced Kraft to five years in prison.
