MINOT, ND (KXNET) — The Minot Police Department has released the results of its alcohol compliance checks from September 30, finding that three businesses were in violation of serving alcohol to a minor.
The MPD conducted these checks at 14 businesses and found that three of them — Buffalo Wings & Rings, JL Beers, and Trappers Lounge at Dakota Inn — served alcohol to a minor.
The servers at each were identified, and cases were sent to the Ward County State's Attorney's Office for review. The businesses are also subject to potential administrative penalties.
