Truck obliterated, driver's seat ejected in Genesee County crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — One person was hospitalized after a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a pick-up truck left the truck in pieces, and the driver buckled into his seat in the middle of the road.
This crash happened in the area of Griswold Road. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office reported that the pick-up truck was heading east and the driver did not yield at the stop sign, which led to the tractor-trailer crashing into it.

The truck was destroyed, leaving pieces of the front half scattered around the roadway. The driver was found by first responders in the road still strapped to his seat. Deputies say he has non-life-threatening injuries.
