CLEARWATER, Kan. (KSNW) -- The Clearwater Fall Festival begins Friday, Oct. 4, and runs through Sunday. Find the schedule here.
It began in 1985 and features a carnival, parade, fishing tournament, talent show, beer garden, mechanical bull and food. Mayor Burt Ussery says this brings the community together.
"It's a great opportunity for us to show off our city," he said. "We'll have a tremendous amount of turnout from within, but we also bring in a lot of people from outside. It's just a chance for people to come down and see what Clearwater is and who we are."
