NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Louisiana State Police are investigating a crash involving an 18-wheeler on the Spillway that happened Friday, Oct. 4. Around 5 a.m., troopers responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 213. Halloween dragon fog machine stolen in West End Moderate injuries were reported as a result of the crash according to troopers. (Courtesy/Louisiana State Police) The crash left the westbound lane of the Spillway closed as traffic was diverted to Interstate 213. Lanes reopened at 7 a.m. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
