NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — All throughout the month of October, area SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Services locations are helping in the fight to eradicate breast cancer. A portion of the profits of each oil change will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. So the treatment plan was radiation and chemotherapy. The chemotherapy was 12 to 13 rounds all while working at SpeeDee," said Alcosa. And beyond Linna's story. Why does Speedy want to get involved? "Well, I think everyone has someone that they know or know of. Someone a family member, a friend that has faced breast cancer," said Morton.
