INDIANAPOLIS IMPD is investigating a murder-suicide that left a man and a woman dead on the northeast side of Indianapolis on Thursday night.Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2900 block of Mitthoefer Road on reports of a person shot just before 7 p.m.Upon arrival, officers located two victims inside the garage of the residence suffering from gunshot injuries. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the woman was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.On Friday morning, the Marion County Coroner confirmed that the woman also died. The two were identified as Jaun C Perez Mendez, 51, and Claudia Perez Lopez, 47. According to IMPD, the man is the one who fired the weapon. The pairs daughter told police the two had been arguing since 3 p.m.IMPD says the daughter heard the shots fired in the garage.
