GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — You may have noticed birria tacos have become popular on social media. Birria is a slow-cooked Mexican stew; the meat—usually beef or goat—is used to make other dishes. A family-run food truck in Greensboro is serving up a variety of birria dishes including tacos, mulitas and quesadillas. FOX8's Jordan Brown went to try out some of the best sellers in this week's Food Truck Friday.
