With the Lions on a bye, which game from the Week 5 slate are you looking forward to watching? There are few things better than enjoying some stress-free football when our Detroit Lions are not playing. And thanks to the Lions’ dominant 42-29 win on Monday night over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4, the viewing experience in Week 5 should be even sweeter.
In the AFC, you can catch the Buffalo Bills traveling south to take on the Houston Texans in what could be a potential AFC title game preview. Also in the AFC, the game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals should be a good one, and could possibly shed some light on what might happen in that division moving forward in 2024. And in the afternoon lineup, the Green Bay Packers are headed west to take on the banged-up, but dangerous Los Angeles Rams.
That brings us to today’s Question of the Day:
Which Week 5 game are you most looking forward to watching?
My Answer: Get those donuts and coffee ready because for once, the game taking place across the pond will have me waking up ready to watch some football. The New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings will face off in one of the week’s most intriguing matchups.
On one hand, you have the Jets coming off of a really disappointing 10-9 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 4, while the Vikings are one of only two undefeated teams left in the early stages of the season. Minnesota’s defense has looked very real, and quarterback Sam Darnold is making plays for their offense, but how sustainable is it over the course of a 17-game season?
