ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) - Fire crews were called to address a house fire on Line Street in Pittsford Thursday night. The calls came in just before 9 p.m. According to the Chief of the Pittsford Fire Department, they were responding to reports of a propane tank on fire near the home. As crews arrived on scene, the left side of the house was fully involved. The area around Grove Street and Line Street was blocked off. North Main Street at French Road was also shut down as firefighters assessed the damage. (WROC/Melanie Sosa.) The Monroe County Fire Bureau is still investigating the cause of the fire. No one was injured, according to the fire department, the residents were able to get out on their own before the arrival of firefighters.
