(KRON) -- The San Jose Police Department is investigating a member of the San Jose City Council, police confirmed to KRON4. SJPD did not share which councilmember is being investigated nor what they are being investigated for. "The investigation is active and on going. For this reason, we do not have more information to provide at this time," SJPD said. "As the investigation unfolds and new information is discovered, SJPD hopes to provide an update at a later date."
