NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a thief who stole a Halloween decoration from someone's front yard in the West End neighborhood. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice. According to police, the crime happened at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 25, in the 300 block of Spencer Avenue. The NOPD also released security camera footage that shows the white pickup truck that was involved, but it's hard to see the driver well enough to have a description of him. Double reward now offered in unsolved Amite double murder In the video, the white truck is seen pulling up to the house, then the driver gets out, grabs the decoration, places it in the truck bed and drives away.
