INDIANAPOLIS IMPD is investigating an attempted murder-suicide that left a man dead and a woman in critical condition on the northeast side of Indianapolis on Thursday night.Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2900 block of Mitthoefer Road on reports of a person shot just before 7 p.m.Upon arrival, officers located two victims inside the garage of the residence suffering from gunshot injuries. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the woman was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.According to IMPD, the man is the one who fired the weapon. The pairs daughter told police the two had been arguing since 3 p.m.IMPD says the daughter heard the shots fired in the garage.
