FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A home received substantial damage following a fire in Fresno just after midnight on Thursday, the Fresno Fire Department said. Firefighters say they responded to a structure fire on South Tupman Avenue in Fresno after neighbors reported smoke and flames coming from the house around 12:30 a.m. Upon arrival, crews say they saw a well-involved fire burning inside and they began fighting the fire. Pictures shared by the Fresno Fire Department show the remnants of the fire, illustrating the substantial damage the property received as a result of the flames. Crews report nobody was in the house at the time of the fire. There were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
