Deputies identify man killed in Cicero motorcycle crash

Cicero, N.Y. — A 67-year-old motorcyclist died Thursday morning in a collision with an SUV in Cicero, deputies said.Steven Burgwin, of Cicero, died around 9 a.m. when his motorcycle collided with an SUV on South Bay Road near Whiting Road, according to Thomas Newton, an Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.
