Sunshine continues through the evening. High temperatures rose to above average levels, in the upper 70s this afternoon, thanks to a light, southwesterly breeze transporting in warmer air. For the evening, temperatures are falling out of the 70s and into the 60s. The temps keep falling overnight and we're going to end up in the 40s, again, to start off Friday. Earlier this morning, we were as low as 45°. Friday morning's temps will be similar, but just a couple degrees higher, in the upper 40s. Evening temperatures started in the 70s, drop into the 60s, and keep falling overnight. After daybreak, we'll be sunny for a few hours. However, clouds increase by midday with the passage of a weak cold front. The sky will become mostly cloudy for a short time before clouds start to decrease for the late afternoon ride home from work and school as the front heads east out of our area. Our Friday highs will be in the mid-70s. The weekend will be warmer. It will be a comfortable Friday with highs in the mid-70s. For Friday night football, games will start with temps in the upper 60s and fall to the low 60s by the 4th quarter. Currently, there are no major weather worries in the football forecast. Temperatures for Friday football will fall into the lower 60s by the end of the games. Highs rise to the upper 70s on Saturday. On Sunday, we'll reach the 80° mark with a warm front moving through. This warm front is followed by a cold front and much cooler air moves in for Monday behind the cold front. Monday's highs will be in the upper 60s. Highs the rest of the week will be in the 70s. This weekend temperatures will begin in the upper 70s on Saturday and on Sunday it will be hot for October with a high of 80°.
