Callous assailant busted for knocking out NYC woman, 81, in suckerpunch attack

Hansel Esparragoza, 37 – a Staten Island resident with 21 prior arrests – was charged with felony assault in the Sept. 13 caught-on-video evening attack on 81-year-old Geula Freeman at West 66 Street and Amsterdam Avenue, authorities said.
