An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt: A 45-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on a warrant at 8:29 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 500 block of Fairway Drive. A 53-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an electronic communication device while driving at 12:09 a.m. Sept. 30 in the 4300 block of Fox Valley Center Drive, Aurora. A 47-year-old man from Waukegan was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, improper turn at intersection and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:01 a.m. Sept. 30 at Pebblewood Lane and North Route 59. A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 30 at 104th Street and Plainfield Naperville Road. A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 9:12 a.m. Oct. 1 in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue. A 27-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant at 10:40 p.m. Oct. 1 at Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive. A 37-year-old man from Roselle was arrested on a warrant at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 2 in the 900 block of North Webster Street. A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of cannabis, possession of 30 to 100 grams of cannabis and manufacture/delivery of 1 to 15 grams of cocaine at 3:13 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 200 block of Claymore Lane. A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, illegal transportation of cannabis, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and driving in the wrong lane at 6:09 p.m. Oct. 2 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave. A 35-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 6:20 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue. A 22-year-old woman from Skokie was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis at 10:03 p.m. Oct. 2 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave. A 41-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection at 10:52 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive.
