ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A boy is seriously injured after he was struck by a car while riding a dirt bike, according to the Greece Police Department. The crash happened around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. An adult man and two minors were riding an ATV and dirt bike on Maiden Lane. Officers said a driver, who was waiting to turn onto Old Pine Lane, saw the ATV, but not the dirt bike. The driver let the ATV pass, but as she turned, her SUV collided with the dirt bike, resulting in serious injuries. Police said the boy is expected to survive. They did not release the age of the victim. A ticket was not issued for the SUV driver, but the ATV driver was ticketed. No further information was released.
