Sen. Markey stops in Berkshire County

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. (WWLP) - Senator Ed Markey will be making several stops in the Berkshires on Thursday.
A look at fall foliage in the Berkshires
In North Adams, he will be visiting the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Markey will then be briefed on the Hoosic River flood mitigation study with North Adams Mayor Jennifer Macksey before stopping in Pittsfield to meet with Mayor Peter Marchetti about economic development.
Markey ends his afternoon in Great Barrington to announce his endorsement of Leigh Davis for 3rd Berkshire district state representative.
