Reservations are now open for the tupelo x High West Midwinter Night’s Dram Dinner, a four-course dinner celebrating Act 12 of the beloved seasonal spirit. Prepared by acclaimed tupelo Chef Matthew Harris, the dinner will take place at tupelo on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m.“We’re excited for the opportunity to partner with our friends at High West and introduce the latest release of their beloved Midwinter Night’s Dram,” said tupelo partner Maggie Harris. “Each course will feature fresh ingredients from Utah’s abundant fall harvest and will be thoughtfully paired with High West’s esteemed spirits.”Guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail before the four-course dinner menu, complemented by curated spirits, which will include the following:1st Course: Tupelo Farm beets, cured Utah peaches, grapefruit, smoked pecans, ginger brandy vinaigrette, goat cheese Pairing: A Midwinter Night’s Dram, Act 10 2nd Course: Cocoa chili-spiced Utah elk carpaccio, preserved plum, sourdough, miso mustard Pairing: A Midwinter Night’s Dram, Act 11 3rd Course: Mishima Farm’s wagyu beef, braised carrots, golden potatoes, cranberriesPairing: A Midwinter Night’s Dram, Act 12 4th Course: Honey-roasted figs, black pepper pound cake, blood-orange caramel Pairing: The Prisoner’s ShareThis 21-plus event is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Tickets include a welcome cocktail, four dinner courses and four High West spirit pairings.
