CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- The North Landing Bridge on Mt Pleasant Road is experiencing a malfunction, closing the road to vehicle traffic on Thursday afternoon. The bridge also malfunctioned on Tuesday and remained closed until Wednesday morning.
