Round Top, Texas is has a population of 97 people and is known as the “happiest square mile”! I recently spent a few days there for The Southern C fall retreat and fell more in love with Round Top! This small Texas town is known for their antiques and people come from everywhere to attend Antiques Week!  Round Top also has the cutest shopping village with my favorite Royer’s Pie Haven {they even ship their pies}, adorable coffee shops like Mill Street Cafe and is just a little slice of Texas heaven! Also, don’t miss Junk Gypsy and Double D Ranch for the most unique finds!!  Around an hour and a half from Austin, Round Top would make a great day trip! However, if you want to stay there are some really fun places The Frenchie, Wander Inn and Round Top Inn. Wander Inn even serves warm biscuits in a bandana right to your door! As always, I met new friends at Southern C and was inspired by so many amazing women in business leaders. Candace Nelson, Founder of Sprinkles Cupcakes has such an interesting story and was just so warm and friendly! My friend, Andrea Wightwick from Hapsy just launched a new non-alcholic beverage, the Salty Seagull! It’s light and refreshing, give it a try! So grateful for Cheri, Whitney and The Southern C team!! Can’t wait for more fun with this group in 2025! I adore small towns and this is one of my favorites!
