BRAZIL, Ind. — An Indiana man who once sent a 12-year-old girl creepy messages after installing a furnace in her family's home may now face up to 19 counts of child exploitation following new allegations. The Fishers Police Department said Kenneth L. Foxx of Brazil was arrested on Sept. 23 on 19 preliminary counts of child exploitation, a Level 4 felony. 19-year-old woman ‘tried to beat other vehicle’ and caused deadly crash, police say Charges have not yet been officially filed in the case and must be filed by the Vigo County Prosecutor's Office. Investigators ended up accessing several social media accounts tied to Foxx which allegedly contained numerous files of child sexual exploitation material. Police said during the investigation it was also discovered that Foxx was the target of a Texas police investigation due to Foxx allegedly planning to travel to Texas and engage in sex acts with a minor. Fox is currently being held in Mongomery County Jail in Texas. On May 30, 2022, the Vigo County Sheriff's Department was told that Foxx had sent inappropriate messages to a 12-year-old girl after installing a furnace in the girl's home. "You remember the guy that installed the furnace in your house?" Foxx messaged the child. "Well that's me and I thought you were quite sexy." Foxx ended up pleading guilty to one count of inappropriate communication with a child, a misdemeanor, and served 279 days on probation. He also was sentenced to 50 hours of community service.
