HONOLULU (KHON2) -- The Honolulu police are looking for a driver who did not stop to render aid after hitting a pedestrian on North Kuakini Street around 3:30 a.m. Thursday. Get Hawaii's latest morning news delivered to your inbox, sign up for News 2 You HPD said reports indicate that an older model white pickup truck was traveling eastbound on North Kuakini Street when it hit a male pedestrian who was lying in the roadway. The man died at the scene. The driver continued driving eastbound without stopping to help the pedestrian. Anyone with information is asked to call HPD at (808) 723-3413.
