Mentor Public Library is hosting a nature journaling adventure for all ages at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 24, at Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve, 8365 Harbor Drive. The library will provide all supplies, though writers are welcome to bring their own, according to a news release. The program is free to attend and open to all, but registration is required. People can sign up at www.mentorpl.org or by calling the library’s Headlands Branch at 440-257-2000. Each month, Mentor Public Library leads a trip to a different park in Mentor where everyone can marvel at nature and explore a variety of journaling techniques, the release stated.
