SF mayoral candidate Mark Farrell failed to disclose a $675,000 loan in his financial filings when becoming a candidate, the Chronicle reports. The "oversight," Farrell says, is being remedied, however it could prove significant; Farrell was required to disclose all outstanding debts, due to potential conflicts of interest in becoming mayor, and this loan was made by the seller of his $5 million Jordan Park home in 2020 so that Farrell could purchase it.
