WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2024, 7:25 p.m. GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A 42-year-old Door County woman accused of making terroristic threats while at the Oneida Casino appeared in court on Tuesday. Wisconsin Circuit Court records show that Olympia Broadnax, 42, appeared in the Brown County Courthouse for her preliminary hearing, and during the hearing, her present bond was continued, and an arraignment hearing was scheduled. (WFRV) - A woman from Door County was officially charged after allegedly threatening to shoot someone while at the Oneida Casino on Mason Street. According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 42-year-old Olympia Broadnax is facing six charges related to an alleged incident at Oneida Mason Street Casino. On July 16 around 2:30 p.m., authorities responded to the casino for a reported weapons complaint. The complaint says that a woman in the bathroom had a gun and allegedly said that if security approached her she would start shooting. The woman, later identified as Broadnax, was reportedly a banned patron. 14-year-old arrested in Wisconsin after trying to steal vehicle from gas station, fled after seeing children in car Eventually, Broadnax was taken into custody without incident. No weapon was found, but the complaint mentioned that Broadnax swore at authorities and threatened to sue all of them. A customer said that Broadnax got worked up and said she was going to shoot somebody. An employee said that Broadnax said that if the cops come to get her she may 'have to pull out her pistol and shoot someone', according to the complaint.
