Casco man arrested by Wisconsin State Patrol for fourth OWI

KEWAUNEE, Wis. (WFRV) - A 59-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon following a crash investigation where a state trooper noted signs of intoxication.
According to a release, on Oct. 2, 2024, shortly after noon, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle after it had been involved in a crash on County Highway K near Briar Patch Lane.

The trooper reportedly observed signs of impairment, and an investigation showed the driver, Paul Rowell of Casco, was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, his fourth offense.
Rowell was transported to a nearby hospital for an evidentiary blood test. Following the blood draw, he was transported to the Kewaunee County Jail.
