Inmate upset about ‘rape’ complaint he filed against former Summit County deputy over a year ago

19 Investigates is digging deeper into a case involving a former Summit County deputy who was fired in 2022 for having sex with an inmate. Since then, she has become the focus of a criminal investigation. We’re now learning that inmate filed a rape complaint against her in June 2023, more than a year after the incident occurred. Meanwhile, the Sheriff's Office says the incident is still under investigation.
