A 10-year-old girl last seen in Federal Heights on Sept. 30 is missing, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday. Liberty Martinez-Silva was last seen in the 1400 block of West 85th Avenue at 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 30. CBI said Martinez-Silva may be with her noncustodial mother, 29-year-old Alexandria Martinez, who may be in the Civic Center Park area of Denver. Liberty is white, with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 4 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 77 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with ice cream symbols on it; white pants; and a brown necklace. Martinez is also white, with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5’4 and weighs 185 pounds.
