29-year-old Mikala King, and her five-year-old son King Scott, were last seen in Oakland on September 24. Both have disappeared since, and the Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating them.  An Oakland mother and her five-year-old son have gone missing, according to KRON4. And now nine days after their disappearance, the Oakland Police Department is asking the public’s help in finding 29-year-old Mikala King, and her son King Scott.“Mikala & King were last seen on September 24, 2024, in Oakland, CA,” the Oakland PD said in a Wednesday morning Facebook post. “Both are in good physical and mental condition.”The mother Mikala King is described as a Black woman, standing 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, and with black hair and brown eyes. The five-year-old son is 3 feet tall and weighs 35 pounds, also with black hair and brown eyes.The Oakland PD adds that the mother and son are “missing due to unknown circumstances.”Anyone with information is asked to call the Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at (510) 238-3641.
