MINOT, ND (KXNET) — On Wednesday afternoon, the Minot Fire Department was called out for a detached garage fire in the 500 block of 17th Ave SW. According to the fire department, crews saw smoke coming from the garage and immediately started to put the fire out. Due to the swift response of four fire engines, one ladder truck, and one battalion chief, the fire was under control quickly and put out within minutes, keeping damage to a minimum. ‘Light the World in Teal’ for Alzheimer’s Awareness Month in November The report stated that no one was injured.
