BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- An aircraft crash was reported in northwest Bakersfield Wednesday afternoon, according to PulsePoint. The incident was reported in the area of Knudsen Drive and Hageman Road around 1:47 p.m., according to the website. Officials with the Kern County Sheriff's Office said there was only one man in the aircraft and he was taken to the hospital with major injuries. FAA will be responding to investigate the crash. There are no further details to release at this time. The Kern County Fire Department, Hall Ambulance, sheriff deputies and Bakersfield Fire Department can be seen at the scene.
