BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Make a Ceviche de Soy with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and ceviche juice.
Ingredients:
3 oz scoop of tomatoes
3 oz scoop of cucumbers
1 oz scoop of chopped purple onion
1 oz scoop of carrots
1 oz scoop of cilantro
1 oz scoop of Serrano peppers
3 oz of ceviche juice
Half of avocado, sliced
3 Tostadas
Preparation instructions:
In a small bowl, add 3 oz scoop of tomatoes. Along with the tomatoes, add 3 oz scoop of cucumbers, 1 oz scoop of chopped purple onion, 1 oz scoop of carrots, 1 oz scoop of cilantro, 1 oz scoop of Serrano peppers, and 3 oz of ceviche juice.
Next, cut in half an avocado and add into small bowl along with other ingredients.
Finally, mix and toss all ingredients in the small bowl and serve on a black tray along with 3 tostadas.
