WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- A Wichita manufacturing company that does work for several large aviation companies is furloughing 20% of its workforce. As a result of the multiple strikes affecting our industry, Cox Machine is furloughing approximately 56 employees, about 20% or our workforce. Many of the employees remaining will participate in a shared work program. We anticipate the return of these employees as industry conditions improve."
