(WRIC) -- The Petersburg Bureau of Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing teen. 15-year-old Kemica Kidd was last seen on Monday, Sept. 30 at 3 p.m., at the 2000 block of Bishop Street. Police described Kidd as 5-foot-1-inches and 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
